Problema di Accesso [Translation-Login Problem]

Pur avendo l'account Microsoft non riesco adaccedere alle App di store e neppure ad Xbox , eseguo i giochi ma come ospite.Grazie per l'aiuto

che ho due PC uno ( HP ) e l'altro ( Fujitsu ) il problema si riscontra con il Fujitsu ovviamente tutti e due con Windows 10 aggiornatissimi , stesso account , con il PC - HP accedo a Xbox Live senza problemi , avvio l'App Xbox accedo direttamente ed eseguo
Microsoft Solitaire Collection , mentre con il PC - Fujitsu avvio l'App Xbox e mi chiede di effettuare prima l'accesso con l'account Microsoft ( cosa che io cerco di fare ma appena si apre la finestra di accesso si richiude immediatamente senza darmi la possibilit
di accesso, di conseguenza eseguo il gioco come ospite senza poter salvare gli obiettivi, anche con la App Giallo Zafferano alla fine della installazione non la fa funzionare , mentre con il PC - HP non ho problemi , con tutti gli altri programmi che non mi
chiedono l'account il PC funziona perfettamente. Scusa la lungaggine ma non so come altro spiegarmi.

Here are steps below on how to uninstall and reinstall Xbox app:



1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.



2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.



3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage
*xboxapp*| Remove-AppxPackage



4. Hit Enter.



Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.

Ciao e grazie: ho eseguito i comandi che mi hai elencato , ho disinstallato Xbox con successo ma ora nello store di Windows non trovo l'App Xbox con la funzione cerca , nello store di Windows non c'è in alto a destra la mia icona dell'account e probabilmente
non mi fa scaricare tutte le App , eppure l'account di Microsoft io la ho! (an…..@Hotmail.it) che è uguale a quella sul PC - HP.

Corrupted data may cause the app to not to work properly.
