Cuando quiero jugar un juego de xbox 360 en mi xbox one no me permite, me sale un mensahe de que mi consola no esta conectada a internet o que el perfil no se a descargado completamente, que hagooooo

Hey miguel

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with being able to use your Xbox 360 profile when launching Xbox 360 titles on your Xbox One.

In this instance, I would have to recommend that you first

remove your account from your console. Once this is done clear your
Xbox 360 storage, this will have you restart your console.

As soon as this is done, go ahead and add your account once more, and then you should be able to launch the Xbox 360 title to then download your Xbox 360 profile and this should help with being able to launch your game.

Give this a try and let us know if this works for you!

yo tengo este mismo problema. el juego vino con mi computadora. estaba feliz, pues es un buen juego. pero luego, de repente, ya no quiso abrir. aparece la pantalla de inicio del juego, y luego me envía de vuelta al menú de inicio. lo he desinstalado varias
veces y lo he vuelto a instalar, pero sigue pasando lo mismo. no entiendo, simplemente no lo entiendo... estoy frustrada...

Acabo de instalar de nuevo el juego y sigue sin agarrar.

Desde el inicio de xbox prueba administrar el juego e intenta desintalar el juego junto con su paquete e reinstalalo de nuevo y reinicie la cache de la xbox.
