Problema de Energia em casa. [Translation: Energy problem at home.]

Boa tarde,

Estou com um sério problema de energia, recentemente me mudei para um apartamento em outra cidade, até ai tudo bem... só que quando liguei o xbox, ele simplesmente liga e desliga rapidamente, acendendo a luz e desligando, isso só acontece nesse apartamento,
fiz um teste na casa dos meus pais e funcionou tranquilamente meu Xbox One. Gostaria de saber se há algum tipo de filtro ou estabilizador para solucionar meu problema. Agradeço até então.

deu no meu esses dias,e a energia da sua casa que tipo não e estavel,na minha opnião não é nenhum problema diretamente com o console ou fonte acho que é só a energia mesmo

Sorry to see any issues with the power in your home! It definitely seems like it is specifically restricted to your new apartment, based on the translation. Apologies if there is any miscommunication here; we are an English speaking only support, but we

When you go to your parent's house, are you using the same power supply as you use at home? If so, are you plugging directly into the wall or a surge protector while there? If you are plugging into the wall while at your parent's, but a surge protector while
at home, this might be causing your issue. Make sure you are always plugging your power supply directly into the wall port.

I would also suggest trying other plugs in your apartment to see if that is better. Maybe you can ask a neighbor if they will be willing to let you use a plug in their home to see if it is only in your apartment in your building that this is happening, too.
This might help find out if it is a building wiring problem or a plug problem only in your apartment.
