Problema de conexión a internet Xbox One, imposible conseguir soporte...

Hola, os pido ayuda, estoy bastante desesperado y frustrado.

El problema es que llevo desde ayer con mi Xbox que no inicia sesión online, la consola detecta la red wifi y el cable si lo enchufo pero luego no es capaz de conectarse. Todos los demás dispositivos de la casa con internet van perfectamente.

Tras reiniciar router, consola, cambiar el nombre a la red, etc varias veces sin ningún tipo de éxito y después de varias horas intentando encontrar información por la web de Xbox, sin atisbo alguno de tener la mas mínima posibilidad de obtener ayuda de
una persona de soporte técnico, creo averiguar que tal vez podría tener algo que ver los puertos del router a la hora de la conectividad entre la consola y la red.

Investigo un poco en la web de Movistar para ver si puedo configurarlo yo solo, tras un poco de información, llamo al servicio técnico y aquí si hay alguien que en cuestión de segundos me responde y ayuda. Le comento mi problema y me abre los puertos necesarios
para que mi Xbox One se conecte. Reinicio mi consola y mi router y durante unos segundos parece que se consigue iniciar sesión en Xbox Live. Poco duró la alegría, al minuto se vuelve a caer y volvemos al punto de partida.

Vuelvo a llamar a Movistar para ver si podría haber algo que se les hubiera podido escapar, me dicen que está todo correcto y bien configurado...

Existe alguna posibilidad de que alguien de soporte de Xbox preste ayuda? o lo mas que se puede conseguir es hablar con un chatbot y preguntar en este foro rezando para que algun usuario haya pasado por lo mismo y de forma altruista te ayude?

Lo digo porque la opción de que te llame un operador, cuando introduces tu numero de contacto, da error, lo he intentado varias veces y no funciona. No coge los datos y no te llama nadie.

Todo esto me lleva a varias cosas:

- La primera, alguien esta teniendo o ha tenido un problema similar y me puede dar un poco de luz sobre este tema? estoy algo desesperado.

- La segunda, pagando una cuota anual significativa por tener acceso a internet en la consola, se puede esperar tener algun tipo de soporte en caso de incidencia? Lo digo por tenerlo en cuenta de cara a futuras decisiones.
