Hacia finales de Enero, hice un cambio en mi cuenta xbox/outlook hice un cambio en mi cuenta, la quería migrar a otra cuenta, así que seguí los pasos oportunos, como los que indican en este link:

El caso hasta hoy, ha estado funcionando correctamente, por ejemplo, los correos dirigidos antigua, se recibían en la cuenta nueva hasta que he formateado el PC, al pedirme la cuenta he puesto la cuenta actual (cuenta nueva) pero me la ha creado como si
fuera una cuenta nueva y ya no puedo acceder a lo que tenía ni a correo ni xbox, etc, y claro tampoco puedo acceder a mi cuenta de Seteam ni a otros servicios porque me indican que la cuenta la cuenta antigua no existe.

Xbox Support Team for assistance with recovering the account. They cannot provide account information if the account's security information is not verified. You will need to provide them with the gamertag, allow them to search for the account and verify
