el día 13 a las 19:00 horas de chile compre una oferta de 12 meses de xbox live con tarjeta de crédito visa, al intentar obtener el producto seguía sin conección con xbox live y fui al Mail para ver si
microsoft no envió código de activación por la compra. No pude conectarme a xbox live, por lo que procedí a la anulacion de la compra para reembolso ya que no obtuve el producto comprado. y llene la solicitud de devolución, pero al verificar
en mi banco el cargo a mi cuenta no eran los 40 dolares que costaba los 12 meses de xbox live eran
80 dolares que me cobraron yo compre solo 1 ves. y estoy a la espera de la información sobre el reembolso de los 80 dolares de mi compra ya que
no obtuve el producto ni tampoco el código.

la segunda pregunta es como compro un juego en linea para xbox live (fortnite save the word) también debo esperar un codigo?

cual es la forma y como obtengo el juego. a microsoft xbox le falta explicar los pasos para comprar sus productos, sus protocolos y pasos a seguir. los clientes necesitan mas información en compra de xbox live y compra de juegos explicado de buena forma.
