Hola, he adquirido el juego Astroneer en mi consola Xbox y vi que estaba en el programa playanywhere pero al entrar en la tienda de Microsoft en Windows 10 y buscar el juego(ya con la misma cuenta con la que lo adquirir) y buscar el juego pone que he adquirido
ese producto pero cuando pongo el cursor encima del botón de instalar me aparece un símbolo de prohibido y no me deja instalarlo, antes he adquirido otros juegos en el mismo programa y he podido descargarlo sin problema en mi ordenador a pesar de haberlo comprado
en mi consola. He comprobado que mi ordenador cumpla los requisitos del juego, y si que los cumple.
