Thanks for reaching out to us in forums for this issue. As previously mentioned by our Ambassadors, you may want to try some troubleshooting in relation to your

console shutting down unexpectedly. You may wish to try the steps below, even if you don't use the Blu-ray player for movies.

To troubleshoot this issue, clear persistent storage (Blu-ray data that’s been cached on the console).

1. Press the Xbox button
   to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings > Disc & Blu-ray.
3. Select Blu-ray.
4. Select Persistent storage.
5. Select Clear persistent storage.
6. Turn off and unplug your console, and then wait 5 minutes.
7. Plug in and turn on your console, and try streaming the content again.

You can also give our Xbox One Game Freeze Solution a try as that may also be helpful. However, if you try everything and this issue persists
to happen, then (as ChiefJoboo stated) it may a known in-game issue and you would need to

contact Capcom Support for assistance.

Unfortunately this is an issue with the game from what I can tell, as many people have this. You will have to wait for a patch to come from the game's developers to fix this problem. There's nothing you can do in the mean time as this is not
an issue on our end. Sorry.

What worked for me was, Uninstalling the game, Then clearing local saved games and the MAC address and installing again. This seems to work for some people not all. Maybe it will work for you
