    Tengo una Xbox One S, recientemente compre un disco duro Externo de 10 TB marca WD usb 3.0 de 3.5" lo tengo repleto de videos en MKV y AVI que quisiera reproducir en mi xbox ya que este lo conecto a un receptor AV con dolby atmos, el problema esta que NO
    me reconoce nada, me marca el disco duro lleno pero dice que no hay archivos, la PC, la Smart TV incluso el PS4 si reconocen sin problemas los archivos, alguna sugerencia de que podria hacer? ya intente con el reproductor de Xbox, con VLC y con KODI y la respuesta
    siempre es la misma: No se encontraron archivos, en Xbox dice que para poder ver mis videos necesita estar en NTFS o no funcionara y si ocupo la unidad para juegos debo formatear al formato de Xbox o no funcionara, Saludos.

    So just to confirm, does your Xbox recognize the drive itself and the issue is that some files are not found when looking for them in the media players?

    Keep in mind that not all MKV or AVI codecs are supported on the Xbox One. Xbox One supports a wide variety of codecs and media types, but if you try to play a file that contains unsupported content, Media Player will notify you about the issue. The Xbox
    One tries to support the MKV features that are most important to most customers. Not all features of the MKV format will be implemented, and features will be provided in the order in which they provide the most value. I recommend taking a look at a table of
    MKV files that contain video and audio tracks encoded with supported codecs for the Xbox One from the following support article, "MKV support on Xbox One", and
    compare your codecs with the ones listed on the table.

    The xbox it recognizes my hard drive, but always says there are no files inside, always mark 0TB free of 9TB.
    If I put the files in an 8 GB or 16 GB USB Pen drive it reads them without problem, but since the 10 TB disk can not read them, my play station and my PC read them without problem including the Wii and WiiU, Regards ..

    Si, funciona sin problemas mientras sea USB 3.0 o superior como en tu caso. Ten en cuenta que el disco duro externo debe ser de mínimo 128 GB y que solamente podrás guardar y usar juegos en su versión de Xbox One en dicho disco duro externo. Si deseas guardar y jugar a juegos optimizados para Xbox Series será necesario que consigas la tarjeta de expansión de memoria interna Seagate, ya que solo en esa expansión de memoria se pueden ejecutar los juegos optimizados, por tema de velocidades.

    Es que asi me lo está reconociendo, como multimedia, siendo que el disco duro tiene USB 3.0. Lo formatie en pc muchas veces. Con varios formatos, y sigue ocurriendo el mismo problema.
