    Problema con Microsoft Rewards[Problem with Microsoft Rewards]


    Los días 27 y 28 de julio no obtuve los 50 puntos por obtener el logro diario.
    Hace 20 días se rompió la racha de días consecutivos conectada a la página de microsoft rewards a pesar de que me conecto todos los días desde enero.

    Hoy al revisar mi aplicación de Microsoft rewards desde la Xbox me dice que he roto la racha semanal de 15 semanas a pesar de que ayer la tenía completada.

    He intentado contactar con Microsoft Rewards support desde julio pero da error la página...

    [Translation - On July 27 and 28 I did not get 50 points for obtaining the daily achievement.

    20 days ago the streak of consecutive days connected to the microsoft rewards page was broken even though I have connected every day since January.

    I hope you understand some english cause I don't speak spanish !

    I had the same issue and I got my points now.

    At the bottom of the Rewards side you find the link to contact the Rewards support (in spanish).

    Because of corona it tooks a little longer than before to get an answer.

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with attempting to complete a purchase with the funds on your account.

    Have you attempted to complete this purchase via a different platform? This would give you the ability to be able to see if you are able to see the balance then.

    Since you have already redeemed your rewards, you may not need this, but Ill include a link to the

    Microsoft Rewards Support     page as a reference.

    Go ahead and verify this, and we should be able to provide additional troubleshooting techniques, if any are available, to assist you with resolving this.
