Problema con Gears Of War 4

hola, me puse en contacto con soporte y no pudieron darme solución. tengo problemas con el multijugador de gears of war 4 cada que entro a una partida o modo horda en multijugador despues de unos minutos me saca de la partida con el mensaje de error, la
partida ha expirado, intente de nuevo mas tarde. y asi sucesivamente en cada partida que entro a jugar, ya tengo con este problema bastante tiempo y cada vez es mas frecuente. ya abri todos los puertos necesarios en mi modem para xbox live y el juego, ya borreo
mis datos de juego, ya formatee la consola, instale y desinstale el juego, ya probe con otros perfiles y nada. el caso es que el problema que tengo es solamente en este juego ya que juego otros juegos y no me sucede ningun problema. mi conexión es de 50 mb
con la compañia telmex, incluso ya hable a la compañia de internet y no tengo ningun problema. alguna solucion? de verdad es desesperante este asunto.
