    Hace unos días atrás compre el juego, lo instale e inicia el juego pero queda en pantalla negra, sin embargo se escucha la música de fondo del juego. Antes de comprar mire los Requisitos del Age, y mi computadora los cumple a la perfección. Busque soluciones
    en el soporte de Age of Empire Definitive Edition e intente todo lo que dice ahí, sin embargo el problema persiste aún. Puede tener solución? Gracias y disculpe las molestias.

    [Mod Translation-A few days ago I bought the game, installed it and started the game but it is left on a black screen, however the background music of the game is heard. Before buying look at the Age Requirements, and my computer meets them perfectly.
    Look for solutions in the Age of Empire Definitive Edition support and try everything it says there, however the problem still persists. Can you have a solution? Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience.]

    Hi Alan,

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help.

    When apps downloaded from the Microsoft Store are having issues, it is best to try and reset the data or even re-install the game.

    • Select the Start button, then selectSettings > Apps> Apps & features.
    • Select the app you want to fix.
    • Select the Advanced options link under the name of the app (some apps don't have this option). On the page that opens, select Repair if it's available. If it isn't available or doesn't fix the problem,
      select Reset.

    You may need to try uninstalling and then re-installing the game.

    • Uninstall from the Start menu
      • Select the Start button and look for the app or program in the list shown.
      • Press and hold (or right-click) on the app, then select Uninstall.
    • Uninstall from the Settings page
      • Select the Start button, then select Settings > Apps > Apps & features. Or just click the shortcut link at the bottom of this article.
      • Select the app you want to remove, and then select Uninstall.
