Meu XboxOne tem tido problema com travamento, sempre q eu o ligo ele funciona normal por um tempo só que depois de um tempo ele começa travar e para de funcionar ou ele demora muito para carregar, por exemplo quando entro para ver meus jogos, ele trava e
demora varios minutos para voltar a funcionar e nenhuma ação que faço com o controle funciona, o único jeito de voltar é reiniciar forçado, ja reinicie ele com as configurações de fabrica mas mesmo assim ele continia tendo esses problemas. Como que eu posso
resolver esse problema?

Thank you for reaching out to us today! I'd be happy to help.

If you've already factory reset your Xbox then it may be caused by a power supply issue. Do you have the original Xbox or do you have an Xbox One S or One X?

I would recommend to completely
power cycle your Xbox and when you do so, plug your Xbox into another wall outlet to rule of the power source.

Try that out and let us know the results!
