Problema com a garantia[Warranty issue]

Boa noite. Eu havia comprado um controle de Xbox One e notei alguns problemas nele. Entrei em contato com a Microsoft via e-mail e no final das contas me falaram pra enviar ele para um centro de reparo. Fiz isso e recebi uma mensagem dizendo que o pacote
havia sido entregue dia 01/07 mas até agora não recebi nenhuma atualização sobre meu pedido. Isso é normal ou aconteceu algum engano?

Refund Request page or use the
Contact Us portal to speak to another agent about the possibility of having the order cancelled.

Thank you for your post. For updates and information regarding your controller replacement order, please respond to the email last sent to you regarding your order or use the
Contact Us portal to speak to an agent. The response should go to the agent who has created the order for you and they should update you with news on your replacement.

Hey there, Ezra. I already replied to the email but still got no updates or answers whatsoever. Is there any way to cancel the repair order and just get refunded instead? I knew it was going to take awhile but i'm waiting a little too much and that's already
impacting my gaming life, so i rather just get refunded and buy another working one.

Melhor coisa a se fazer é comprar nacional mesmo. Na importação você pode ter problemas com extravio, avaria e prazo de entrega. Fora que comprando no Brasil você tem chance de conseguir uma garantia estendida dependendo de qual loja comprar (isso é uma
opção exclusiva da loja, não confundir com a garantia dada pela Microsoft)

A Microsoft oferece 1 ano de garantia para novos consoles.
