    Witam około rok temu zakupiłem xboxa one, po kilku dniach grania w grach online miałem pewien problem - mianowicie po kilku minutowej grze mój ping skakał nagle do 500 w każdej grze i jedyne co mogłem zrobić to wyłączyć konsole całkowicie i odczekać około
    10 minut i wtedy albo błąd nie występował ponownie albo nawet nie znikał było to losowe i bardzo irytujące, trwało to około 2 miesięcy. Potem wszystko było okej aż do 6 miesiąca w którym ponownie miałem ten problem przez pół miesiąca. Znowu wszystko było okej
    aż do teraz jakiś miesiąc temu mój xbox zaczął wariować najpierw po około 20 minutach sam się wyłączał - okazało się ,że był zakurzony wewnątrz ale poradziłem już sobie z tym. Parę dni później rozpoczął się ścinać w każdym możliwym aspekcie - logowanie trwa
    około 4 minut potem wyskakuje błąd 0x97DD000F i po ponownym logowaniu loguje się normalnie a czasem nie loguje wcale i muszę resetować xboxa, oprócz tego youtube często ładuje się ogrom czasu przy czym po załadowaniu często filmiki się nie chcą załadować tak
    samo jak miniaturki. W prawie każdej grze podczas uruchamiania jest Synchronizacja która czasem po minucie zakańcza się i mogę grać a czasem wyskakuje błąd synchronizacji i muszę się z tym też bawić, gry czasem crashują np grając w Rocket League co jakiś 10
    mecz gra się crashuje a czasem podczas jej uruchamiania cała konsola się wyłącza. Gdyby tego było mało... w sklepie to samo najczęściej nie ładuje się i ze sklepu nie mogę skorzystać, dodam tylko 2 rzeczy po pierwsze czasem ogólnie wylogowuje mnie, i pare
    razy zdarzyło mi się ,że nie chcę się połączyć z internetem po drugie wiele z tych rzeczy które wymieniłem wskazuje na to ,że mam slaby internet ale własnie nie! W domu korzystam z rodziną z wielu telefonów, 2 komputerów i mojego xboxa ale tylko na nim występuj

    te problemy. Mi to wygląda na wadliwego xboxa ale sam nie wiem... prosiłbym o pomoc

    Thanks for coming to the forums, also sorry for the issue with the console. We recommend doing a

    Full factory reset
    where it will wipe everything off the console being that it seems you did the one where you kept games and apps. Reason suggesting this is sometimes game files can get corrupt also and will cause issues across the Xbox console. When doing
    the reset select reset and delete everything. This will totally eliminate if it is a software issue.

    If the issue persists you may need a repair. If the internet is not so good can you try a wired connection and make sure the

    Xbox Network Settings
    are all good.

    To set up a repair on the website
    Device Support
    make sure you sign in with your account before setting the repair up. The other way to set up a repair is to request a callback.

    When you go to
    Contact Us
    to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select no thanks
    • Step 3-----select games
    • Step 4 ----select request a call from support
    Once they call explain thee issue and they will be able to help you.

    change the console to
    Energy-Saving Mode and

    remove the profile
    :

    in middle column at the top it will say "show on home"
    if it is checked it will rotate from gamertag and email on homepage. If it is not check marked, it will show in this box.
