Problem with Xbox360 conroler on windows 10

please connect my xbox360 for my pc windows 10

Im playing it on Windows 10 it has Zero vibration, Im playing it on an XBox360 and an Xbox One Controller

Wired controllers should work without issue.

For wireless controller you will need the Wireless Gaming Receiver which connects to the PC via USB and then you connect the controller to the Receiver wirelessly.

There should be no issues with either of these controllers working with Windows 10.

If you match the above criteria, what is the issue you are seeing?

Couple things you want to make sure of is these

1. Your password is less than 16 characters the 360s do not like passwords longer then 16 characters.

2. If you have two step verification turned on either turn it off or use your app password for your password instead of your normal password.

When you attempt to login on the 360 does it give you an error code? If it does we can use this to get exactly the help you need. If not try making sure you are inputting the correct password/email.
