Problem with Xbox services not running?

Okay so, I wanted to buy the Xbox gamepass yesterday, but I couldn't actually log into the xbox beta app which was a bit strange to me, i continued to investigate on what might've been the problem but still have not found EXACTLY what the problem is, I
know so far there's no services that has with Xbox to do running at all, they're all gone from the services list, what should I do?

REINSTALLING WINDOWS FIXED MY ERROR, MY XBOX SERVICES DIDNT POP UP IN SERVICES AND NOW IT DOES AFTER THE FIX!

go to the windows store and check for updates, then go to setting and check for windows updates.

Done and done, I have the current 1909 update and the newest one is 2004 but I cannot yet install that to my Computer as it's still being pushed out to users. I should however soon be able to install it and i've alr updated everything in the windows store.

Sorry to hear you run into problems with the Xbox Live Services, Currently all our services are up and running, you can always get the exact Service status by visiting

support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status.
