Problem with Xbox Series X controller after migrating to new computer

I have Xbox Series X controller, with firmware version 5.5.2641. I've been using it for some time on my old computer with Windows 10 v1909. It was totally solid and stable, I really enjoyed playing with this great device and could hardly indicate even single problem. I prefer it's shape over all this DS-like controllers. However, I switched to new computer, with Windows 20H2 and it started...

The connection is highly unstable. In the best case it can hold maybe 15 min without disconnect. Usually pressing "A" button reconnect it immediately. I have all Windows update installed, including optional. I've tried reflashing firmware with Xbox Accessories app, reconnecting the controller many times, including removing it manually from device manager - nothing helped. Could you assist me how to fix the issue? I connect exactly the same way, as on previous PC, via Bluetooth and I would prefer to stay with this method, as I don't use more than one controller at once, nor use microphone input. On previous PC I didn't noticed any negative aspects of this method, no disconnecting, no lags.

I am facing the same issue. My xbox x series Controller keeps disconnecting from my laptop. I have tried almost all of the solutions available on online/forums. My windows 10 is up to date and the xbox controller firmware is showing latest ( updated using xbox accessories app). when contacted microsoft team through chat, got an automated message to try replacing the controller. But this is my second controller. I had replaced my first one after facing the same issue. Some people have posted online to change bluetooth settings ( to uncheck power save mode) through device manager. Well nothing works!

I'm sorry to say, but none of the links have the solution. It's still under warranty, so I can request replacement but I believe it would not change anything. As is said, on my old computer it worked correctly. The same controller, the same firmware version. Also no update is available, I have latest software, both windows and controller. It looks definitely like Windows 20H2 problem, but I need your help to find the exact origin of this instability.
