    Hi,

    I am Sebastian from Germany nice to cybermeet you all. problem with xbox repair facility in Frankfurt Germany :).

    I´ll come right to it. My Xbox One X started having random graphic issues. So Ive send it in for repair. Ive choosed the "Same Unit Repair", and i got my own console totally scratched back and on top of that they didn't put it properly together.

    So I called Xbox support this time they choosed exchange unit meaning I get a different unit refurbished apparently. So i got the unit and this time the fan from the exchange unit was broken, and it wasn't screwed together properly either.

    Third time Ive choosed advanced exchange, meaning I get a console ahead of time but they block a 500,00 € fee from my credit card. This time i got the console and the packaging inside was wet and you could tell it got in contact with some sort of liquid.

    Ive been an Xbox costumer for quite some time now (since 2005) and I have had lots of services on my consoles. But I never experienced something like that. 3 consoles and 3 units that weren't in the condition you would expect from a German repair team neither
    from an xbox repair team.

    Did you guys experience anything like that ?

    How did you get in contact with xbox repair customer support? My sons xbox one x was sent for repair on february and I have heard nothing back at all since!!

    On my original Xbox one I had a wireless issue. So it got sent to Germany from UK and had a new wireless chip put into it.

    When it came back I had a couples of issues when I first started it up but I performed a hard power off and it was fine after that.

    I've never really come across anything like this story before. I've known a few friends have to send their Xbox off and come back fine.

    Sorry this has happened to you.

    Are you sorted now?

    Anyone else had any experience with the German repair centre?
