    Problem with xbox party chat


    For about a year now I've been dealing with a disconnecting issues in xbox live party chats on two different PC's, xbox, and mobile. I understand that this could suggest that it is my internet connection but when it comes to playing online games such as
    Rocket League, COD, and Minecraft even on servers in the US (I live in the middle east, 10 mpbs upload, 500 mbps download from isp, speeds can vary) I never seem to have problems. But when it comes to the xbox live party chat with my friends I get disconnected
    for 5-20 seconds every 30-60 seconds.

    I've checked my NAT type, its open,

    I've checked what is the best DNS servers to use in my area,

    I use two routers but one router is only being used as a switch with an AP with a static IP so the main router in the house will do all the IP assigning (which prevents double NAT and other problems)

    If this problem is because of my location I guess there is nothing to do but wait for something to get better, but what seems odd to me is that before about a year ago I was not having these problems.

    Edit: I chose Xbox Game Bar but this problem applies to all platforms I've used listed above.

    You too huh? EVERY SINGLE PERSON on my friends list tell me they also have party chat problems. I also have these party chat problems. Most people I talk to in online games tell me they also have these party chat problems.

    The console is over a year old now and WE STILL HAVE THESE PARTY CHAT PROBLEMS!

    I'm getting this exact issue. Why does the XBOX One Party chat suffer so many issues? It's amazing how on the XBOX 360 there wasn't this many problems with the party chat. Now with the XBOX One it's been nothing but issues with the Party chat since the
    system was released.

    My NAT = OPEN

    0X89231806 your network settings are blocking party chat.

    I'm also tired of Microsoft constantly suggesting to do a hard reset on the system. It seems to be their answer to everything. Have a problem? Hard reset your system.
