Problem with Xbox One.

i bought an Advanced Warfare edition Xbox One and there is no video output. if I send it to Microsoft to be fixed, will I get an Advanced Warfare one back? It is still under warranty and I am aware that there are 2 HDMI ports.

Problem with Xbox One.

Goatsnatcher I removed my account then re signed back in still having problems with friends and that. but now I'm signed in as my name in the top left with 0 achievements but when I go on the app achievements its all there with my actually profile. like
when i sign in it just says Shane.

Their policy says to never send your game disk(s) with your console if you are getting it repaired. If its a digital download then you can always redownload it again by signing into your profile and going to 'My Games and Apps' and all the way at the right
you will see your games (download history).

Can you explain your problem further?

First, make sure your HDMI coming out of your Xbox to your TV is in the 'HDMI OUT' port.

Second, go to Settings > Display and Sound > and try some different video settings and see if that helps.

If you boot up without video or a black screen, you can reset its resolution to 640x480 by ejecting any disks in the tray, holding the power button until the Xbox turns off, wait for the power supply to turn orange, then boot up by holding the eject and
power buttons until you hear a beep. From there you can get back to the display settings to change it to something else or back to what it was.

After watching a few guides I fixed most of my problems including my WiFi. Pages now load and the dashboard is much smoother. Besides the loose parts in which I hope to get repaired soon I only have one more issue. This is that whenever I start up a game
a sync loading bar shows up and after a few minutes the message "We couldn't get your latest saved data" shows up. I've tried so many things but nothing works. Under that message it says try again (does same thing) or use offline. I've reset the console so
many times and I don't know what else to do. Any answers???

Can you press the console button for 8 seconds then power back up see if that helps.

Hey Haydenn,

Sounds like you have some corrupted data on your console. Trying doing a hard reset on the console

1) Turn off console, unplug all the cords connected to the console, place your finger on the power button for 30 seconds, then plug everything in

Then do the same for your controller

2) Take out the batteries for your controller, hold down the power button on the controller for 30 seconds, put batteries back in, try out controller

I checked and my controller is up to date, it just happen to me again today, i plugged in my rechargeable cable to my controller and it kinda turn off but not really, but i guess it did and then it was frozen again, its pretty stupid honestly...
