I'm very sad about what happened to me this week, my xbox one broke, I took three assists here in Rio de Janeiro where none could solve it. was informed that the problem was in the HD that burned, not having to repair because Microsoft did not make the file available for the exchange of the same, as I love the xbox I have since the first only xbox xbox I already had xbox 360, now I bought the xbox one halo series limited I have 15 games bought and now I can not but play, because my console has no repair, I would like the help of microsoft, because I like the console and would not like to go to the competitor, how can I solve my problem? Just buying another one?
help me solve my problem please I like the console but if it does not have assistance for it unfortunately it becomes difficult

Problem with Xbox One.

Goatsnatcher I removed my account then re signed back in still having problems with friends and that. but now I'm signed in as my name in the top left with 0 achievements but when I go on the app achievements its all there with my actually profile. like
when i sign in it just says Shane.

Sorry to hear that. How long have you had the console for?

If it's under warranty, MS could repair it.

If you go HERE and add your console serial number, it should tell you if it's covered and how to submit a repair request.

After watching a few guides I fixed most of my problems including my WiFi. Pages now load and the dashboard is much smoother. Besides the loose parts in which I hope to get repaired soon I only have one more issue. This is that whenever I start up a game
a sync loading bar shows up and after a few minutes the message "We couldn't get your latest saved data" shows up. I've tried so many things but nothing works. Under that message it says try again (does same thing) or use offline. I've reset the console so
many times and I don't know what else to do. Any answers???

Can you press the console button for 8 seconds then power back up see if that helps.

Hey Haydenn,

Sounds like you have some corrupted data on your console. Trying doing a hard reset on the console

1) Turn off console, unplug all the cords connected to the console, place your finger on the power button for 30 seconds, then plug everything in

Then do the same for your controller

2) Take out the batteries for your controller, hold down the power button on the controller for 30 seconds, put batteries back in, try out controller

I checked and my controller is up to date, it just happen to me again today, i plugged in my rechargeable cable to my controller and it kinda turn off but not really, but i guess it did and then it was frozen again, its pretty stupid honestly...
