Problem with Xbox one x when I went to press the Xbox button on the front of my console to...

I have noticed a issue when pressing the Xbox button on the front of my console to turn it on when I got to the homescreen dashboard of my Xbox one x. there was nothing on the homescreen dashboard I only saw a tile that said connect to Xbox live the only thing I could do resolve and see everything on the homescreen dashboard. is to press the Xbox button on my controller to access the guide as soon as the guide came up I scrolled over to where the settings tab is and then I went to where it says restart console. after restarting my Xbox one x and when I got back to the homescreen dashboard everything showed back up on the homescreen dashboard. is anyone else haveing this same issue as well I’d really appreciate your support and upvotes so that I’m not alone with this issue thanks
