Problem with Xbox One Smartglass for Windows 8

Well, I have the next problem:

My laptop is a Compaq presario v2710us with W8, I've the Xbox One Smartglass app, I put my account & my password, the app open my xbox live occount and on the moment clic on "Conect to Xbox One" I wrote the ip of my Xbox One & clic on "concet" but in that
moment the app stay on search.

I've on my laptop all night and the app continue traying to conect on my xbox.

I tray on another PC (acer aspire one kav060) & on that conect perfect

Whats the problem? (the 2 laptops have the same configurations & the same antivirus: eset nod32 smart security with the firewall conect all upnp conections)

Doesn't mention size of app, but there is know way it is 8 GB. At least not for mobile devices, and, yes, Andoid and iOS are supported:

RP: The free Xbox One SmartGlass app is separate from the Xbox 360 app. The Xbox One SmartGlass app will be available for download this holiday on Windows 8, Windows Phone 8, iOS and Android devices.

 

Have you checked you xbox settings>Prefrences and made sure it's set to allow people to connect to your xb via smartglass, i think there's a couple of different options such as "never allow connections, Only allow my device or allow any device" might be
worth a look if your console isn't appearing on the search list might not be the problem but worth a look i guess

 

are both connected on the same network?

 

Yes, I try to conect on the same network & the acer aspire one allways conect but presariov2710 never conect, also I try on a different network & the acer conect perfect but the presario v2710 neither conect to xbox one.

My Xbox one settings allow connections from any smartglass device here another capture:
