Problem with xbox one s start up

Every time i start up my my xbox one s i get the green start up screen as if i have done a hard reset even tho it is set to instant on, is there a way to stop this from happening?

I had the black day one xbox one from release date and never had this problem. it only started when i bought the limited edition gears of war xbox one s

Problem with Xbox One Start up

Recently when I start up my Xbox one, it doesn't work. I get the green xbox loading screen and then after a while of it loading the screen goes black. my TV say it receiving a signal but nothing is being displayed. I can't do anything on it. I've removed
the power source but when I reconnect it nothing happens. Does anyone know what I can do to fix it?

Xbox one start up problem

There is an xbox customer whom I've spoken with twice. His Xbox one will start up to the xbox logo and go no further. He's done all the troubleshooting steps, and tried resetting with an USB cable. None of this has worked, and his Xbox is no longer in warranty.

I had a similar problem recently. For some reason when I started my console I couldn't maunch any game. Error said "game took too long to start" and I had to close the game.

I've reset my console to factory settings, keeping games and apps installed. Worked for a day.

What seemed to work though was change my settings from instant on to full energy saving in the Power Mode and Startup section of the settings. If your console is on instant on, can you try this method and tell us if this solved your issue?

If not then I suppose support will be able to help.

Hey there! Sorry to hear about this issue! I just had a similar issue. Have you tried booting your xbox in safe mode? After turning off your xbox, unplugging for 30 seconds to 2 minutes: next hold the power on button and the controller SYNC button together
for about 5 to 10 seconds. It'll make a chime again. When this happens your xbox will boot in a LOW-res safe mode. From here you have options to restore or reset (with or without deleting all files). This has helped me in the past. Until this last time.
I had to send it to xbox. My xbox is coming back home to me today.

One the one x to reboot in safe mode, its power button and DISC EJECT button for 10 seconds. I hope this helps. Feel free to ask anymore questions. Ill try and help you along the way.
