Problem with Xbox one Parties

I have recently started having issues with the party system on the Xbox One. I can't hear anyone in the party and they can't hear me. My party will also automatically stop. Anyone else having similar issues? How can I fix? My NAT is Open and haven't
had issues before.

Problem with parties

You need to change your NAT type to something that will work with your friends NAT type. A temporary fix for this is having someone that both you and your friend can connect to in a party host one. Then tell your friend to join him as you do. You should
be able to connect to the host and talk to each other. But you still will not be able to directly connect to each other until you change your NAT type. Hopefully this helps, good luck!

support.xbox.com/.../troubleshoot-parties There are others who have experienced similar issues, and the problem could be with the person (or people) you're trying to connect to.

Yes I have tried the troubleshooting guide. It doesn't matter who I try to connect with no one can hear me or each other, and then we the party will stop on its own. We all have NAT open. We can get into game lobbies together and hear each other that
way, just can't do it in a party. My issue started about 2 days ago, I was in a party that was working properly playing and about half way everyone went silent, I thought it was because no one was talking but then we all started to message each other asking
if we could hear the other, and we couldn't. No one had left the party or restarted the party prior to the issue.

 

That's odd. My group has had similar issues before, but it was due to moderate NAT types. Have you called Xbox Support yet? They may be able to figure out if it's something on their end.
