Problem with Xbox one followers

Hi. Recently, about the past two weeks, I've noticed when people have added me, they have either not showed up on my activity alerts at all, or have showed up and then been removed from both my activty alerts and followers list. It's is not all people that
have added me recently, but I have counted and can confirm there are AT LEAST nine people that have added me (ive checked their profile and says I am on their friends list), but are not showing up as a follower. the activity alerts and feed is also very delayed,
which I have also noticed. I have asked a friend and they have also been experiencing a similar problem. Also, there is someone on my followers list that is blocked, but is still appearing there. This is very frustrating as it is affecting my overall experience
on Xbox. Can someone please look into this, as I would like to know what the issue is and resolve it, so I can continue using the features on my console.

There is a guy on Xbox aded me as friend but i dont no who this is so i block this guy but my followers list say he is still follow me how is that possible i deleted him.

 

Followers problem

"Followers" are people who have added you as a "friend", but you haven't added them as a "friend".

You may still have him as a "Follower" because he hasn't taken you off of his Friend list yet. However, since you blocked him, he won't be able to see any of your activity updates nor will he be able to interact with you. He pretty
much only serves as another number to your "Follower" count until he takes you off his own friend list.

Overall, nothing to worry about.

Why the support doesn't respond?

 

when you add someone on Xbox one you have the option to add friend,follow, or both. It's possible they only friended you and didn't follow as friending only is the default. I would reach out and confirm this for yourself

 

Can anybody assist with removing a blocked follower ?

 

why stupid microsoft is not answer is because they listen to people whith the age of 13 tm `16 years old.

 

Same problem here! Been going on since the new Xbox experience update back in November! They only support I get is they tell me it's an account issue on my end, but I have a ton of friends experiencing the same issue!
