Hello

I am looking for any help, I have an issue were my console will not give out an HDMI signal to any TV. I have tried various reset methods along with Xbox customer services guidance which included the binding button being held along with the eject with no
success, this has included various HDMI cables. I was informed by the customer services that it was an issue with hardware, to be specific the video card.

My console is out of warranty which I found out through talking to the agent and was informed i must pay £100 to replace my console. I have been a customer since Xbox hit the market with its first console and through no fault of my own I am being told to
pay to get myself back to my gaming ways. I do feel a bit let down by Microsoft on this matter and hoping someone can help me.

If this was a problem caused through my own carelessness I would not be taken this route but this seems to be a known hardware fault which calls the longevity of the console into question.

xbox will not display hdmi on my vizio tv

I have the similar problem. My TV is a TCL branded. Sometimes when I connected my Xbox One with HDMI to my TV, it is all black out. I kept unplugging and plugging back like many times, still like that. I shook the HDMI cord lightly instead, then sometimes
there came signal. I don't know if it's my TV issue or else. Should I buy a new HDMI? I suggest that you try to shake the HDMI cord lightly, it sometimes might finally give out the signal. I hope my suggestion help!

I can't setup my Xbox; Black screen; tried 2 TV's & 2 HDMI cables. Help

My son got an Xbox One s for Christmas. I connected the Xbox to his TV but there isn't a signal. I tried connecting it to my TV and I used another HDMI cable. There still isn't a signal. The HDMI cabel is in the HDMI Out to TV and I connected it to my

If you are getting a no-signal error on your screen, please do the steps below one at a time to sort out the issue.

Confirm that both your TV and Xbox One console are turned on.

Check that your TV is set to the correct input signal (HDMI).

Check that the HDMI cable connections to your console and to your TV are secure.

Check that the HDMI cable is connected to the "out to TV" port on the console.

Try plugging the HDMI cable into a different HDMI port on your TV.

Try using a different HDMI cable to connect your console to your TV.

Try connecting your console to a different TV.

Power cycle your Xbox One: Press and hold the Xbox button  for 10 seconds to turn off the console, and then turn it on again.

Did you make sure that the TV is connected to the correct HDMI port on the back of the console, there is two ports on the back of the Xbox One console one for HDMI in from cable / satellite TV box, and one that outputs the signal to the TV.

Is the xbox and the TV both Pal?

If the signal from the console on the HDMI is screwed up over region.

Usually it is video signal not the audio.

Try the other sound option and see if it works, also if you have the Composite cables give them a shot see if it accepts any sound from the console.

I have one more Idea - But I can't find if the optical sound hook up is OUT or IN.
