    Problem with Xbox Music


    I tryed out the Xbox Music Pass for one month (free Trial). As I liked it I have paied for another month. But now I have not any more acess to the the music already downloaded to my Windows Phone (Lumia ) I get always the message "the media-rights can not
    be confirmed". How can the roblem be resolved???

    I have a Nokia lumia 820 windows phone and bought some music from the Xbox store. 1. I downloaded the albums but can't play them. Why? 2. It seems that i need internet connection to listen to the music I've already bought. That's like paying twice for

    Microsoft has just updated their terms of service so go to windowsphone(dot)com my account and accept them. That should fix that problem.

    Does your device have an active Internet connection when this happens?

    If not, make sure that it does and try again. It may just need to refresh the information about your subscription.

    https://commerce.microsoft.com     and under Subscriptions, check whether it says you have an Xbox Music Pass? We just want to confirm that it went through.

    I just tried to do the free trial but somehow purchased it without even choosing the 9.99$ payment option. How can I get this serious issue resolved,? And how can I resolve the overdraft it caused my bank account!?!!
