    Hello guys ..

    I have a problem with xbox live ...

    two days ago I ran out and I went to buy a code of 7 days of xbox live.

    I try to enter the code on my account but it tells me that I still live and give it to a friend of mine .... then as I said, so I try to access the live ... but nothing wrong ...

    So I decided to put the code on the account of my brother and consequently move the xbox home from my account to his ...

    the problem arises when I try to get online and it does not work ... instead with what my brother goes ...

    so for two days ....

    quest then today I decided to format the console but the problem persisted ... at this point I insert a code 48h in my account, it accepts but does not work on live ...

    then insert a code from 14 days but nothing ... accepts it and then I do not like the live ...

    guys help me I'm going crazy to understand what happens.

    I have only had a problem with xbox live once, and that was with the titanfall launch problems. Other then that live works perfect.

    It sounds like you need to promote your child account to an adult account. Here's our guide on how to do that:

    If you need help remembering the account name/password for the parent account, you can use the

    xbox.com/forgot     site to try to recover forgotten information.

    Unban The Word FALL Please.

    It tells me NOT ALOWED ON XBOX LIVE. The word FALL is BANNED from XBOX LIVE. How is something banned from XBOX LIVE not XBOX LIVES problem? As I said its a Microsoft Problem and they have to fix it.
