    Problem with Xbox live trial codes


    I recently purchased an Xbox that was advertised with 1 month free trial. The Xbox came with two 14 day trial codes. The problem is that the codes won’t stack. So at this point I have been cheated out of two weeks worth of live gold. How can I receive the
    additional two weeks that I wasn’t supposed to have?

    No more punching in long codes!!!

    The trials that came with the system and the games I got with it for Xbox Live, DO NOT WORK!!!. Is anyone else having these issues? I have not had a problem as far as bonus game dlc just Xbox Live Trial codes.

    Free Month Promo Codes

    Some games come with a free trial of Xbox Live for a certain amount of time, mostly just a 48 hour trial. When you first buy the game new, within the box there's a sheet of paper with a code for Xbox Live. I have gotten two codes when I bought Halo 4 and Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. I've never seen a one month code.

    For new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, if xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes could be used/sold as xbox game pass 14 days trial codes or xbox live gold 14 days trial codes?

    Because a 'xbox games pass ultimate 14 days trial code' equals a 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code + xbox live gold 14 days trial code', so for new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game
    pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code' , right?

    Please help to clarify.

    The Xbox Live Trial codes are available when you purchase games or console bundles. The prepaid code for the free trial can be a 2, 3 or 14 day Xbox Live Gold trial membership. To know more about Xbox Live Free Trial

    @Venti Dos i posted in your thread with same problem and noticed nobody wants to resolve the issue i was planning on purchasing a 12 month Xbox live code at the end of the trial but with the Xbox one not accepting any codes i enter whether it be a game add-on
    code or trial code Xbox will not accept it will just do my online gaming with PS plus

    I don't know if anyone else already posted the solution to this, but a friend had the same issue with the same error. The problem was, he was trying to redeem a code over a trial gold. Live Gold and Gold Trial, doesn't mix up, that's why the solution is
    to let the gold subsciption end and then redeem the code. So if you have a Live Gold and try to redeem a Trial code (like the one included with the xbox) or the other way around, it won't work.
