Problem with XBox Live Reward

Hello ,

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your five different regional Microsoft Accounts, and
thus aborts the process. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will
be resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Can you please advise if my issue is still being looked at individually or is it being actioned as part of a wider group of issues. How will I be updated with the latest status of this request?? Can this be resolved independently of a system level change
which resolves the root cause of failure for rewards deposits where multiple region Microsoft Accounts exist?

Xbox live account achievements were reset in 2013 now when I checked rewards points just recently, I didn't have any, I haven't been earning any rewards points, please help thankyou very much

Xbox Live Rewards forum, specifically their support section, so they can look into the issue and work to resolve it for you.

 

Hi Paul. Multiple users have this issue and it is being looked at as a wider issue. Unfortunately, we don't have an update nor do we know when it will be resolved. We are in the process of working with the Billing team to manually deposit to accounts as
a temporary fix to this issue, but unfortunately, some accounts are still failing to deposit. We will continue to attempt deposits to your account until there is a fix. Sorry for the inconveniences.
