    hi i am writing it you about a problem i am getting on my xbox one when i try and play 360 games on it.

    so when i load up a 360 game it loads up fine but it disconnects me from xbox live i try and sign in and i get this message come up...

    (sorry, this profile cant connect to xbox live on this console. to fix it, download it again.)

    i have redownloaded the games and redownload my profile and it still does not work, can you please help me.

    Xbox one connected to internet but no xbox live? Xbox 360 running fine.

    Xbox one connected to internet but no xbox live? Xbox 360 running fine. It is now 3 weeks with no xbox live but I can see my friend online just mine is not working. Tested xbox 360 working 100% only xbox one on the same network using wifi on both consoles.
    If I start game download on xbox 360 for xbox one xbox one downloads the game but no xbox live? Plz need help rebooted xbox one rebooted my modem after reboot of xbox one it worked until I switched it of and on again same problem now again so xbox must get
    a solution to this because its not my equipment its something to do with xbox live.

    Problem with Xbox Live on Xbox 360

    I’m having this same problem. It was working fine for me yesterday. My internet connection is still good and stable and I tried the suggested fixes but nothing worked. I would like some help too please.

    Is this the Xbox Live Arcade game on the Xbox 360?
    Hi UBISOFT are the developers for UNO game on XBOX ONE. The problem lies with UNO arcade game on the xbox 360 which has nothing to do with UBISOFT. It is a microsoft game studio problem. There is no longer a helpline or customer services available.

    All 360 online services are down. Back compatible games on Xbox one can’t save.

    I can’t connect to Xbox live on 360 back compatible games. The rest of the Xbox one behaves normally. I know it’s not a problem with my console because both my old 360 and the 360 emulator on the Xbox one do it.

    I thought maybe the problem was on my end so I did a soft reset. Now the 360 emulator on the Xbox one has no profile on it. I can’t download my profile to it because it can’t connect to Xbox live. So I can’t save at all in back compatible games.

    Is it a regional problem? Is it down for maintenance? The status page doesn’t mention anything.

    If you are just simply trying to add a profile you had on your Xbox 360 to your Xbox One, you can do so by just putting in the login information for that account on your Xbox One.
    The problem is that I never linked my xbox 360 to my xbox live account, and now it don't want to. So I'm trying to link my xbox live account to my xbox 360, but all I get are error messages.

    My account is linked to my xbox one without any problems, but in order to save xbox 360 game data on my xbox one, I have to download my/a xbox 360 profile, which I can't do because my profile won't connect to xbox live.

    Usually I would just play my 360 games on the xbox 360, but unfortunately my xbox 360 can't run games due to a hardware malfunction.
