Problem with Xbox live/hotmail

Hello, recently there was a problem with my hotmail account that is linked to an account from one xbox console, called the central microsoft / xbox customer service and they said I would have to wait 30 days to be able to enter again into that account, only
I was with out a doubt ... if I signed one years of xbox live gold when 30 days here when I can get into my account I'll still be with 1 year of live gold signed, or I'll asssinar again? Thank you. Gabriel

Since you can't access the backup security proofs you've had on file you'll need to either a.) reset your security proofs and wait 30 days, or b.) fill out the Microsoft Account Recovery form.

Problem with Xbox live/hotmail

Hey,

I've been having this weird problem for months. Since the new xbox update, I haven't been able to log into xbox live.

Reason is, at least I think it is, the fact that my hotmail account ''Is being used by someone else''.

It's not. I think hotmail went all all crazy because I used it on my phone. Then if I try to log in to my hotmail, it gives me two choices:

either send a confirmation email into email address that I don't recognize that vaguely resembles the one I put as a backup email or

fill out a form with nearly impossible questions like: ''which were the last email adresses that you sent mail to?'', or ''which were the last 5 numbers of your prepaid xbox live card?''. As you can guess after a few months it's pretty much impossible to
remember these things, so I'm kinda ***. To top it off, my xbox won't let me change the email address which my gamertag is associated with. I can't go to the 'account' section of the dashboard because i can't log in to xbox live. Great ****ing planning right
there, microsoft.

So is there a way around this ? Is there something I can do from my computer ? I really wouldn't want to erase my gamertag, but that seems like the only choice. Any non-**** advice is appreciated.

PS. I created this profile as a sideproduct so is there any way to delete it ?
