Problem with Xbox Live Gold

Hi, on May 26 I bought one month of Xbox Live Gold for 1 dollar, I have acces to download the free games and Xbox Game Pass membership but when I want to play On Line I just can't. It sends me to buy an Xbox live gold membership again, even when I already
have one. I checked my memberships and it's normal but I can't play on line. I restarted the console and checked the internet connection and the problem still there. I would like somebody to help me out because I've cannot enjoy the service.

New halo update question

xbox live is having some issues so that may be the problem.
It worked earlier for me and there was a monetary value for each of the Gold bundles (no REQ points)

 

Prepaid code problems

Also have the same problem with my 48 hour xbox live gold trial and my 14 day xbox live gold trial.

Hi, regrettably I still have the problem. I'm attaching three pictures of differents screen on my Xbox so you can see the problem.



In this first pic you can see my active memberships.



Then, on the right corner of the screen is an offer of Xbox Live Gold for 1 dollar, even when I already have one.



Finally, when I try to play on line a game (for instance: Battlefield) this what it says. And happen with all of my games.

In your original post, you apologized for your English. Can you post back with what region you're in? There have been some changes with Xbox Live subscriptions recently, and this may be impacting you. This will help me determine if we need to get you to
someone here to look into it, or send you over to our phone/chat support to get a refund and go through the process again.

I am from Venezuela. As you may know, here we got a exchange control, so, the service is not oficially offered by Microsoft Venezuela to pay in Bolivares. What we do is to use USA as region so we can have access to the service and of course I pay using a
bank account my parents has in the US

 

That is likely what we are running into, then. We've recently implemented some more strict guidelines when it comes to Xbox Live Gold, and some unsupported regions are no longer able to have access to full Gold features since this change.

I am incredibly sorry to say that I cannot help you further because you are in an unsupported region. However, I do suggest you
contact us via phone or chat support to have them refund the purchase of Gold. You can then attempt to redeem a prepaid card from a nearby region and try redeeming that, but I cannot guarantee
that would work, either.

Believe me when I say that I wish I could help more, but our policies prevent us from doing so. Please let me know if you have any other concerns I can address! I'm happy to give as much information as I can if needed.
