    What happens if you try again? Was this on console or Xbox.com?

    Try redeeming the code on Xbox.com if you can. Make certain you are signed into the right account when you do this, though.

    Hey Maxen!

    I tryed to get it on my microsoft account but there is no option for redeem code it's just join xbox live and when i clicked on that it says: we are sorry, the page you requested can't be found!

    Is it possible that I did something wrong in begining when i get xbox like maybe something denayed or disallowed for xbox live, or purchases...or should i return to a store and swap the code for another?

    That's a direct link to where you can redeem codes (for games, prepaid currency and also Xbox Live memberships).

    Again, make certain you are signed into the right account when you do this.

    Hi There, are you certain it was 3 months gamepass ultimate and not just gamepass or Xbox Llive Gold? If you convert 3 months of gamepass or Xbox Live gold to ultimate it is only 2 months of ultimate and not 3.

    Did you purchase Xbox Live Gold through the Minecraft + Gold page through the Xbox One dashboard, or did you purchase a 3 Month Xbox Live Gold pre-paid code and redeem it? If you redeemed and Xbox Live Gold code, unfortunately you will not qualify for this
    promotion. To qualify for this promotion, 3 Months or 12 Months of Xbox Live Gold must be purchased through the Minecraft + Gold promotion page directly through the Xbox One console with a credit card on file.
