Problem with XBOX Gold Membership

I have purchased 1 year of xbox gold for 368 HK$. I have recieved the confirmation Email from L: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and the transactionmessage from the bank.

I did all the operation on the console. And after I have purchased the gold membership, I can install and play the free game for gold member.

However, when I restarted the console, the console no longer recognized me as a gold member.

Then I log on my xbox live account on PC, it shows no subscribe record, however the transaction can be found fromcommerce.microsoft.com.

Can anyone tell me what's going on?

My son has a gold membership on his 360. I don't have a gold membership. If I add my son's profile to my new Xbox One, then it will give me gold membership as well?

I am having problems viewing the overview and uploaded sections on any Youtube channel via the Xbox 360 Youtube app. This only happens when I am using my Xbox Live Gold membership profile. I use any other profile that doesn't have a gold membership, and
I can watch what every channel I want without any problems. Is there a problem with my Xbox Live Gold membership profile or is it the app?

Ah, that could be the problem. Xbox 360 games with gold games are your to keep regardless of your Live status. However, xbox one games with gold require a gold membership in order to play them. Once you renew your membership then you should have access
to the content again.

While I don't have a solution for your original problem, you do NOT need a Gold membership when you want to play online on a PC.

You ONLY need a Gold membership on the Xbox consoles.
