    i used to be able to record using the xbox app built in dvr but since the anniversary update it says my pc isn't capable of recording .i checked the minimal requirement and all is good and even clean installed my gpu drivers and nothing worked.

    Sorry, that answer is useless to me. I know the DVR settings on Windows 10. The settings are the Problem. It is made from someone who knows nothing about gaming.
