Problem with xbox disk (0x87e10012 error)

Is there any disk error's

What kind of hard drive did it come with.

Providing you are using the original hard drive if the error persists i would advise calling xbox support they should help you.

Also i have a problem a disk reading error the disk tray will jam if there is no disk in but if there is not problem.

Just to verify, are you attempting to use this game on your Xbox One console?

If so, this message appears when you are attempting to use a game that is not currently part of the

Backwards Compatible catalogue.

Due to this, you would be unable to play this game on your Xbox One. You would need to play this game on an Xbox 360 in order to continue playing it.

I hope this was able to clear up any confusion this might have caused.

I also have the same problem with the minecraft disc. Already tried the troubleshoot tips..
