    You would need to contact G2A regarding the issue, If the Code has already been used Xbox Support will not issue a new code you would need to request a new code from G2A or Request a Refund from them

    Hello, if you buy for Gold membership for example at G2A, so this may be just the problem that you could buy membership for a bad region. Or, the code may be bad. You must first contact the retailer where you bought the code. If you bought the code on
    G2A, contact technical support. And if you bought it at G2A, maybe you even paid the shield there. If not, the problem is insoluble for you.

    If you bought the code elsewhere, resolve it directly with the seller.
