problem with xbox application for windows 11

Hi, about two days ago I sent you a message with a problem I encountered with the Xbox application on pc, however you did not reply to me. I reinstalled the games (which did not work suddenly) and while they worked one day normally, after their re-installation, unfortunately the next day I had the same problem again with the Xbox application. It writes that the trial period of the game has ended I have bought these and I also have a game pass. This problem appears only on the internal hard drive D, on the other disks it temporarily displayed the problem which was solved by itself. What can happen and how can I fix this problem without downloading so many gigabytes again, the games are Forza horizon 3 & 4 and forza Motorsport 7 and I have installed hard drive D, the windows I have are 11 and since I put them I have a problem with the Xbox application

Solution 1: Make sure your windows are updated to the latest version, whether it's windows 10 or 11.

Solution 2: Make sure that the account in the Microsoft Store app and Xbox app are the same logged in both, in this case, the account that has the subscription.

Solution 3: Log out your Microsoft store account and also the Xbox app, now type the term WSRESET in the windows search bar and run the app as administrator, a window will open, wait for the window to close automatically and restart your computer, after that login your Microsoft Store account and Xbox app again.

It seems the problem is linked to Windows 11 ARM version, but I see there is also the problem on windows 10 so...

Could someone (from Microsoft ?) confirm issue applicability ?

windows 11, yes, I tried to reinstall the Xbox (according to your own advice), I also reset all applications to factory settings. a problem appeared after some time.

Thanks for your clarification. Surely that would be the cause of my problem.
But in the Parallels application to be able to install the Windows program, so far none of the applications or programs that I had in Windows 10 (with BootCamp) have stopped working and some I have reinstalled without problems: In Windows 11 they are in C: Program files (ARM) and Program files (x86), in addition to other standard files.
When I install xbox it doesn't appear on ARM (nor on x86)?? It seems that after downloading the program it only gives the possibility of executing.
I'm in a mess
