Problem with Xbox 360 Backwards Compatibility

My name is Larry.

I seem to be having problems with Xbox 360 Backwards Compatibility on my xbox one. I'm also a preview customer.

My problem is every time i try to play Black ops 2 and Injustice 1 on my xbox one it freezes at the xbox 360 opening spiral logo (those two games specifically). They are digital copies. All other xbox 360 BC games seem to get past that logo, sometimes saying
a problem occurred when signing in although normally it will still let me play it and it will eventually sign in.

I have called xbox multiple times, and we seem have gone through every possible troubleshooting step, and the games do work after a while, but at random times. For example after the third time that i cleared xbox 360 local storage, persistent storage and
all those other steps it did eventually work. I have tried to sign in on a different account and play the game but it didn't work. All my xbox one games seem to work fine.

I got injustice around December last year and it was working up until 2-3 weeks ago. I have tried re-installing them both but it doesn't seem to do anything. I've been asked to start a forum, as the operators i spoke with believed that it was a problem possibly
to do with being a preview customer. Thinking that this would help I did opt out of the insider program two days ago but i understand it does take some time.

My Account won't stay connected to xbox live on backwards compatibility.

I'm having a problem with backwards compatibility. My xbox live account disconnects from xbox live when I attempt to log in on the 360 menu on backwards compatibility for Xbox one.

I'm sorry to see any issues launching these two games! I'm going to try to avoid asking you to do things another time, so will instead ask if you've done it rather than tell you to do it again.

You didn't mention if you have uninstalled the games and reinstalled, nor a
full factory reset. Have you tried those yet? I can confirm your unenroll should be pending still, however you are in Ring 3 which should be in the same build that users not in the preview program would be on.

Outside of what you have already mentioned, these are the only two things I can think of that could resolve the issue immediately. It could also be a network issue, based on the errors you get for other games (even though they eventually let you in). If
you have done the reinstall and factory resets to no avail, post back with your detailed network statistics. You can get that by going to Settings > All settings > Network > Network settings > Detailed network statistics. That will give us
a good starting point to focus on.
