Problem with X Box & Costumer Support.

I talked to the support and wie tryed to factory reset the x box but its not worked the same Problem whit my x box one x so now the series x and my one x not working anymore

There is no phone support. Link is not working an there is no number to be found.

A paying costumer should be given easy access to solve problems about his balance and actions regarding payments.

But I have been put off by the difficulty to find a way to cancel my renewal 3 times now... exactly what Xbox live wants I guess. But X box also forgets that there are regulations, and is not enough to put a ghost link to fill the loop hole..

I love dead or alive game series, when i got dead or alive 5 it was doing good on my x-box 360 then i heard about dead or alive 5 ultimate but they say you needed to have x-box live to get new characters and costumes so i downloaded x-box live now i cant
play either games, because x-box live "family Settings" which i have tried to deal with but everything tried would not do. Please help me , to set up x-box live "family Settings"

they told me it was only for new subscribers to x box live and that if i wanted my games only you guys would be able to do something about it. they did tell me i wasn't going to get them and i think alot of people will encounter this problem not knowing
that it was a requirement to get the five free games. i was hoping that it wasnt true but two different people at costumer support gave me the exact same explanation. but i wil give it a little longer

Check if you have the option to access the game settings and try to look for the game language.

Or check with the game developer to see if they can provide you a link that contains the game guide how to change the language settings.

Or re-install the game
