  1. Problem with wireless controller

Ever since launch day I have been experiencing this problem,

I have the wireless DAY ONE controller, and I purchased the play and charge kit. I plug it into the port on the left side of the xbox one console and plug the other end into the day one controller with the rechargeable battery installed, as instructed. I
charge the day one controller until the light on the charge wire turns from orange to white, I unplug the controller and the xbox button blinks a few times and the controller shuts off. So after this happened several times, I figured perhaps I got a faulty
battery/playncharge kit, so I got a second brand new play and charge kit. The same problem, the controllers works when plugged in, the light goes from orange to white, yet when i unplug the controller blinks a few times and shuts off. So i decided to buy another
controller, thinking maybe there was something wrong with the day one controller. I buy a brand new black wireless controller, and just to be safe, i return the second play and charge kit, and get a third, brand new play and charge kit. So i go home, brand
new controller and play and charge kit, I plug it in, I charge the controller, the light eventually goes from orange to white, i unplug the controller thinking I can play wireless now, but no, the controller blinks a few times and shuts off. No matter what
I do, I charge the controller while I play, I've left the controller plugged in over night, I've tried 2 different brand new xbox one wireless controllers, and had 3 different brand new play and charge kits, and the problem persist. Everytime I charge the
controller/battery, the light is orange, it eventually goes to white, signifying its charged, i unplug, the controller blinks and shuts off.. what is going on? why can't I play wirelessly on xbox one? I have, since launch day, had to play with a controller
connected to a wire, with the only exception the few days before I got my first play and charge kit when double a batteries were used. any help?

    :)

I don't have a definitive answer to your problem, but your not alone

I've just started having sync issues myself and have resorted to using a wired connection

Just to add - I spoke with a member of support who seems to think my signal is being blocked by interference somehow, as my problems are intermittent?

  6. Thanks for the reply, but I don't think that the thread you linked is the same problem as I am having. My controller is disconnecting and reconnecting intermittently, I can't seem to get a controller to stay powered ON without it being plugged in. The light
goes from orange to white, indicating the battery is charged, yet somehow, if I unplug my controller it shuts off. Its like the battery isn't charged at all, yet the light is white indicating it is fully charged. happened with several brand new accessories
    too, not an isolated incident.

    Xbox controller

Your controller cannot wireless connect the console?

or your controller cannot power on?

If your controller cannot power on,

You can try to usb connect, If work, this maybe your batteries problem,

If not work too, you need get the new controller or fix it.

    If you cannot wireless connect,

you can try use other controller wireless connect the console,

If can other controller wireless connect is not work too,

    this is your console problem,

    else, controller problem.

If you have xbox controller wireless adapter for windows,

    you can try it

    wireless controller lights

If you notice four blinking lights on the wireless controller, it means there is a connection problem between your controller and the console. Fixing the problem involves disconnecting and then re-connecting your wireless controller to your system.

    Wired or Wireless

I've always used wireless. What is the problem with the 3.5mm in a wireless controller?

Xbox one controller analogue stick is faulty

A button or a port on your wireless controller partially works or doesn’t work at all

If you have another Xbox One Wireless Controller, use it to reproduce what you were trying to do with the original controller.

If you experience the same problem using the second wireless controller, the problem is probably with the app or game you’re using. Consult the troubleshooting information for that app or game.

If you don’t experience the same problem using the second wireless controller, then you should replace your current controller. To order a replacement, go to the Xbox Online Service Center.
