    Every time I go to use YouTube or Hulu plus. After a little but it proceeds to exit out of the app all by itself. I know it's not a network problem and I have reset my router multiple times throughout multiple day. This problem is honestly starting to make
    me mad.

    Problems with Amazon instant video and Netflix

    Since last evening, it is impossible to watch videos from Amazon Instant video or Netflix with my Xbox one. Both apps show the same problem, so it seems to be more a problem of the Xbox, than the apps.

    Short time after starting a video with one of these apps, the screen freezes and the move in the picture is repeated over ond over and over.... Looks like people having a convulsion, while the sound continues without any problems. After a while the picture
    turns green until you manually stop the video.

    As I said, the problem is with Amazon Instant video and Netflix. No error report. I already removed the apps and installed them new - same problem.

    I do not have these problems, when I use these apps via PC, Smart TV or tablet.

    Xbox video freezing (xbox one)

    I'm having the same problem with all video apps... Freezes the sound stutters and then shuts off... With Netflix it show cannot play video then shuts off.

    This did not work. Clear system cache didn't work uninstalling didn't work. I'm not to sure what the problem is here

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. Is this issue occurring with other applications or only Hulu? Does the same issue occur when you sign in to a different profile? We recommend

    uninstalling the application     and downloading it back. Be sure to let us know the results!

    Streaming problems (video apps)

    Hey there xPwn I!

    Sorry to hear about the streaming issue. Let's start by
    removing your profile from the Xbox One    . Once you remove your profile, try doing a power cycle to clear the Xbox One system cache before you readd your profile. To power cycle, follow these steps:

    • Press and hold the power button on the Xbox One console.
    • Once the console powers off, remove the power cable from the Xbox One and let it sit for 5 minutes.
    • Plug the power back into you console and power on.
    • Add your profile back to your Xbox One console and give it a go!
    Follow the steps above and let us know how it goes!

    Netflix app? Amazon video app? Xbox video app? Or all video streaming apps? Did you try a hard reset? Sorry you are having problems. I have only used Amazon and Netflix. So far nothing terrible happening for me yet. Though I use those apps infrequently
