    Problem with usage rights not registering that discs are in the console


    My Xbox one does not really allow me to play forza horizon 3 and forza Motorsport 6, even when I insert the discs when told to, but It just keeps saying do you own this game or app and it doesn't let me play the game no matter what I do, i can play forza
    Motorsport 5 and forza horizon 2, forza Motorsport 6 and forza horizon 3 have both been played on my console before. Someone please help with my problem

    I am also having this problem with the Jacks not registering on the P.C. July 19 Klondike. Now it seems that the PC July 28 Klondike is having a similar problem in that the eights are not registering as completed.

    Anyone else have problems with console not always recognizing Blu Ray movies?

    i haven't had any issue Blu-ray drive issues yet with my day one console, but i might pop a disc once a week or 2 weeks so my limited usage of the drive might be a factor, my friend's day one console started not reading discs right a few months ago, he ended
    opening the X1(out of warranty) and cleaning it out, worked fine since.

    I was able to fix the problem. You have to go to settings then system then console and hit reset console save games and apps. you have to go through setup again, but it worked!

    Glad to hear you fixed it. Best to keep an eye on that issue though. If it continues in the future you may want to look into getting the console repaired as it could be a disc read issue.

    make sure your hard drive has enough space to download remember that the operating system takes up some space on the hard drive and if you are using a new console make sure you transfer usage rights to that console you can do that by going to settings on
    your console and going to account and transfer usage rights
