Problem with updating apps on Xbox One

I'm having trouble installing and updating applications on Xbox One, even if connected to the Internet, I need help solving this problem. Thank you!

Sorry to hear about the issues you are having with updating apps. Power cycling the Xbox and unplugging the power cable to your router at the same time should force a reset. Make sure you unplug the router's power cord (leave it unplugged), hold down the
power button on your Xbox for at least 8 seconds or until the Xbox turns off, and then unplug the Xbox's power cable and leave everything unplugged for about 5 minutes. Plug your router back in and then restart your consoles. Since you are having the same
problem on your brother's console, shut his down at the same time. I recently had the same issue and this resolved it. If it doesn't, you may need to contact your internet service provider.

I've already done this forced reboot procedure, the problem still continues.
I have also redefined the factory default and did nothing.

I'm having the same problem, i try install the apps but the download always are interrupted, but games download without problem.

Try this go to settings>network>network settings>advanced settings>DNS settings>manual and enter 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 Now see if you can download your apps.

Thank you for keeping us updated. This issue then is probably coming from your network. Are you able to install games without a problem and is it just affecting your apps?

I suggest restarting your modem and router for about 5 minutes and then re-establish the connection to your Xbox after the 5 minutes are up.

You can test your network connection to confirm your connectivity to Xbox Live and you can also run a Detailed Network test in your Network settings to see what the download speed the Xbox is getting from your Internet source.

Go to your Settings>Network>Network Settings>Detailed network statistics. Let us know what the results are from your statistics test and provide us your download and upload speeds along with your latency.

I'm having the same issue with my xbox axbox and my brother console (different xbox console for each one), we already tried every solution and itsi the same, we are not able to install apps, but everything it's ok with games.

I currently have 65 ms of latency and a download speed of over 100 Mbps.
