    my xbox can´t restart. some update show up when I turn on the xbox but it not restart after it just turn off. what I can do ??

    Delete the update manually. Power cycle the console and then unplug the power supply.

    If your console is trying to carry out a system update then it is possible to carry out this update offline as guided in the link below and this should hopefully get you back up and running.

    I have not seen that reported by anyone else. Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
    Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
