Problem with update and new Nordic (Danish) version

X1 just launched in Denmark and a new Nordic localized version of Zoo Tycoon has been released.

The problem is that the current update won't install. Network connection works flawlessly and I have no problems installing other updates. The Xbox support agrees with me that it could be the update is for the international english version of the game and
therefore not fitting with the Nordic version.

Have anyone else experienced this? Will there be another working update for the game? Otherwise I can't be online while playing the game!

Kinect sports season two

I have downloaded the demo of Kinect sports season two, and was glad to see, that it supported danish.

I would like to hear if, when I buy the game, schall I buy the Nordic version, to get the danish language in the game, or will i also get it, when I buy the game in UK.

I would think if you want danish that you would get the danish version.

had the same problem with this game...

I'm from belgium so language is dutch when i start game from dash i tells me that i need to update but update fails... tested with different regions on my xbox same result. But you can launch the game from the shop. You pop in you game in the xbox, then
you go to the shop look for zoo tycoon dan you will see instead of a buy icon you will see play or start and for me it runs without asking for the update, seems weird but at least i can play the game that way.

Thanks Entrax. That worked for me. Though it seems like we're playing without the patch it is running and I can accept that.

 

no problemo but it seems indeed its without the patch its weird , now lets hope the devs will look into this problem and fix it with a proper patch...

 

I have this same issue. So what they say is that we need to play it in english so the game wont fail? Hopefully theres coming an update soon what can fix this problem.

Everytime i want to play the game it goes to black screen and says that zoo tycoon must be updated.. and then it gives an error. I will call microsoft NL (dutch) soon to ask about this same problem and maybe they have a better solution.

 

I have the same issue with the japanese version...

 

Same with the Nordic version in Sweden.

 

I have the exact same problem with the Dutch version in the Netherlands. I can't start it by going into the store though.

 

Same problem here with the Dutch version. Can't install the update either when i put the xbox in English. Also can't start the game from the store.

Xbox one support sofar didn't have an answer for this problem as i just hung up the Phone with them.

 

It seems this is a problem for all localized versions. They should really fix this asap.

 

Same goes for the Netherlands. The game will run, sometimes without a hitch, but as soon as the update pops up the game stops and since the update won't install it kind of breaks the game.

@Microsoft: please provide a working update or pull the existing update so the game at least runs while you prepare a working update.

 

I have the same problem in portuguese version. Everytime i want to play the game it goes to black screen and never start.

I buy in midia and in the xbox store, but in no one the game start.

What do I do?
