Problem with unlocking Helioskrill and Teshin Raiku

Hello, I just got done talking to an XBL Support expert, and they recommended that I post my issue here.

So I played Halo 5 in the window required to get Teshin Raiku, but never got the code in my xbox live messages like my friends did.

Also, I completed the requirements for Helioskrill on the Master Chief Collection, and was supposed to unlock it in Halo 5, but I never did.

I'm hoping to get the code for Teshin Raiku like I was supposed to, and either the code or the unlock for Helioskrill.

Not getting Helios skrill armor after getting legend achivement

Helioskrill is an unlock in Halo 5 which it
doesn't look like you've played yet? Looking further, it doesn't look like you've actually triggered any

campaign completion in MCC either.

...are you posting using the right gamertag? Regardless, you unlock Helioskrill by beating all the MCC campaigns on Legendary. (Note: this includes prologues and epilogues too!)

If for some reason you've done that and it doesn't unlock, that's not the end of the world. Helioskrill is in the REQ system so you'll end up unlocking it organically as you play Halo 5.

I would contact Bravo on Twitter ( @Brav ) and let him know of your issue. He is very good at getting back to you and letting the multiplayer team know.

Hi, I am sorry for your issue, after completing the halo MCC campaign on legendary you should unlock the Helioskrill armour, but in this period therewards is not unlocking as wanted... 343 knows the problem and they are working on it, but for now they created
a "workaround" for this issue

To unlock it you have to go from halo1 to 4 in legendary and I did it, it is assumed that to get the armor you take the legendary achievement and it does not give it to me
